When you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send you text messages related to your care and account with the Practice, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, visit details, and links to intake forms or questionnaires. The categories of messages we may send, and how each requires consent, are described in our Privacy Policy. Enrollment is optional and is never a condition of treatment.
Message frequency varies and depends on your appointment schedule and the types of messages you have consented to receive.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and will not send further program messages unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
